This Privacy Policy explains how StøkSmart, a product of Altavant (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your information when you visit this page and request a free SKU accuracy audit. We keep it simple: we ask for the least we need, we treat your inventory data as confidential, and we never sell it.

Information you give us. When you request your free audit, you provide your name, your work email, and the stock count file you choose to upload. You may also send us additional details by email.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and to keep the service running. If we later enable analytics or advertising measurement, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

2. How we use your information

We use it to:

• produce and send you your Revenue Recovery Report (the free audit);
• contact you about your audit and about how StøkSmart could help your business;
• operate, secure, and improve this service.

We do not use your uploaded inventory data for any purpose other than producing your audit.

We process your contact details and your file on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@stoksmart.com.

4. Your inventory file and confidentiality

The stock file you upload is your business data, and we treat it as confidential. We handle it under a non-disclosure agreement, use it only to prepare your audit, and never sell it or share it for marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers who help us run this service (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed;
• authorities, if we are legally required to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver your audit, follow up with you, and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@stoksmart.com and we will respond.
