These Terms govern your use of this StøkSmart page and the free SKU accuracy audit we offer here. By using the page or requesting an audit, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

This page lets you request a free SKU accuracy audit. You send us a stock count file; we analyze it and send back a Revenue Recovery Report showing where your records and your shelves disagree, and the revenue at stake. The audit is provided for information only.

2. The free audit

The audit is offered free of charge and without obligation. We aim to return your report within two business days, but we do not guarantee a specific turnaround. Figures in the report are estimates based on the data you provide.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are entitled to share the data in the file you upload, and that the information you give us is accurate. Please do not upload data you do not have the right to share.

4. No guarantee of results

The audit, and any figures, ranges, or recommendations in it, are provided “as is” for general guidance. They are not a guarantee of revenue, savings, or business outcomes, and they are not professional advice. Decisions you make based on the audit are your own.

5. Confidentiality

We treat the data you share as confidential and use it only to prepare your audit, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

This page, its content, the StøkSmart name and logo, and the report format belong to Altavant. Your Revenue Recovery Report is provided for your own internal use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altavant is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this page or the audit. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Altavant is established. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed by Altavant.
